What is Copland Creative?

We're a design agency that offers creative design solutions for both print and web based media. These are the services we offer: marketing strategy and planning, digital design, graphic design, web design, copywriting, advertising, printing and production. We're based in Edinburgh.

Does Copland Creative operate UK-wide?

Yes. As a company working primarily in digital media we cover all of the UK, from Edinburgh to London to beyond and our client base reflects this.

What's the difference between Copland Creative and a high street print shop?

Copland Creative offers you a completely tailored service, from marketing planning and creative design through to production. We offer an in-depth consultation with you from day one.

Do you have in-house printing facilities?

As a design studio we aren't able to offer in-house printing. We have a thorough knowledge of and experience working with the printing process and we'll discuss the production stage of your project with you from the outset. We'll happily recommend good print companies from our network of suppliers to suit your specific needs.

Will you liaise with printers on my behalf?

Yes. We liaise with printers and production companies on your behalf. As part of our service we work from planning through to design through to overseeing the entire printing and production process, leaving you with nothing to worry about.

Will you send me proofs?

Yes, we will always send you proofs to check over before we finalise your design work for you. Proofs are usually sent by email but can be sent by post if you require them.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, we ask that as part of our terms and conditions you sign a contract for work, with a 25% committal fee payable before we start any new project. The remainder is payable on project completion.

I'm a start-up. Can you guys help me develop my brand?

Yes. We offer reasonable starter plans tailored specifically towards new businesses that may be on a limited budget - offering you a great service at a reasonable cost.
